Previous pizzas of the month
All our pizzas are entirely handmade, of a size of 31 cm well garnished.
The pizza dough is made every day, on site according to Italian tradition, with an Italian flour specialized for Neapolitan pizza.
All the ingredients are selected for their qualities and cooked on site.
I discovered this pizza during a mission to a restaurant-pizzeria on the shore of Lake Annecy, conquered by the idea, I want to share it with you ;)
THE unmissable event of the year, the only pizza of the month redone identically from one year to the next : a real fondue in a calzone !
